A Rainy Monday

It's been raining for 24 straight hours, which will probably add a patina of gloom to my sessions this week.  I will be reminding my clients that changes in the weather mirror changes in life, and that nothing stays static for very long.  Even if it seems that life's circumstances are frozen in a rigid pattern, there are minute shifts occuring all the time. Cultivating awareness of these shifts can help free one from the "stuckness" that so many of my clients complain of experiencing.
